Billingham Players' next production at The Theatre Upstairs will be J B Priestley's time play "I Have Been Here Before", directed by David Lynch.

A young wife, her older husband and her lover meet an exiled German professor at a remote inn in North Yorkshire.  The professor's probing questions reveal that they are unhappy and confused. Somehow it seems  these three are inter-connected and have played out their lives many times over, always with the same tragic outcome. Is it possible for them to break the pattern this, or will history continue to repeat itself?
